NIKA watch / pen: warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase.

NIKA EXCLUSIVE / LORIE / HAMDUH watch: warranty is 3 years from the date of purchase.

NIKA EXCLUSIVE pen: warranty is 5 years from the date of purchase.

Maintenance of your jewellery masterpiece during the warranty period is carried out in certified service centers with a WARRANTY CERTIFICATE and a WARRANTY CARD confirming the purchase.

WATCH

Warranty obligations apply to the following shortcomings associated with the movement quality and identified during operation:

• watch stopping, not associated with the battery life;
• watch movement inaccuracy compared with accuracy noted in the manual instruction;
• incorrect display of the date.

Provided that the owner adheres to the recommendations for the use of the watch, a movement that fails due to a defect in material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Replacement of the battery in quartz watches is carried out free of charge during the warranty period at certified service center.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

• damage caused by violation of service instructions or the instructions for operating and setting the watch movement;
• normal wear and tear and aging of strap, bracelet, clasp, case, buttons, crown during operation;
• any external or internal damage of the watch caused by abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents;
• damage caused by water;
• deflections of the watch accuracy within the value declared in technical document and any other deflections, which may be eliminated without replacing parts.

In case of unauthorized opening or signs of repair in a non-certified service center, the watch warranty will be cancelled!

PEN

Warranty obligations apply to any manufacturing or material defect.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

• damage caused by violation of the rules of use or the instructions for use of the pen;
• normal wear and tear of the case and the protective rhodium coating during use;
• external and internal damage caused by any mechanical impact or negligent handling and resulting in a violation of the integrity of the product design (cracks, chips, scratches, scuffing of surfaces, deformation of materials and parts, missing part of the case, insert, mechanism);
• damage caused by exposure to water or caustic chemicals;
• consumables (rods, ink).
